Project manager (Tax Solutions)

This exciting position is an important connecting point between clients and our teams, where the expertise and know-how in project management will be a vital aspect in the successful development of our SAP-based web applications. Our clients, amongst TOPDAX30 companies, will see you as their direct contact person as well as our development teams in Bosnia.

You will be a part of an experienced team that implements our projects with an agile mindset as a standard. Some of your responsibilities would be:

• You are responsible for the implementation of new projects and integration of our existing TAX products
• You are responsible for tasks prioritization and project deadlines
• You are a key person in establishing professional communication within the client - team environment
• In the workshops you lead, you can fully demonstrate your know-how in requirements analysis and consulting
• Convince and inspire our existing and (potential) new customers in the pre-sales phase and support them with your knowledge in the preparation of offers
• Use your IT know-how and awareness of high-quality software before it is delivered

For an individual to fit in perfectly into this important role, we would expect the following skills: 

• You have completed IT training (university, technical college, specialist training)
• Fluency in German language, written and spoken
• Relevant experience in project management and requirements engineering for software development projects
• Ideally, you have had some experience as a software developer
• You are happy to use your initiative and structured way of working to ensure successful collaboration with the team and customers
• As a project manager, you work agilely or according to classic methods and may already be certified. If not, DCCS gives you the opportunity to do so!
• You want to contribute and expand your many years of experience and practical knowledge in the implementation of software projects
• Your solution- and goal-oriented thinking as well as your quick understanding of processes support our customers in their decision-making
• You have basic knowledge of how web applications work
• Communication in German and English on a professional level is no problem for you.
• You have professional experience with clients from DACH region
• Ideally, you have know-how in SAP FI/CO
